Country Club Living acquired ownership and management of Marmong Waters on 13th April 2023. We are currently reviewing floor plans for the next stage of development, stage eight, with a view to making some minor changes that will improve the designs even further. There are six designs featuring two and three bedroom homes, with either double or single garage. All designs have two bathrooms and toilets and have well designed living areas with great connectivity to the spacious undercover outdoor living space.

Your new home will be single level, regardless of the design, with no steps to enter. However you have a choice of an upper level or a lower level home. There is a suspended concrete slab between the upper and lower levels, making them great for sound insulation. All lower level homes have an enclosed backyard for your grandchildren or pets to play and all upper level designs have a balcony providing a nice outlook, and in some cases, stunning views.
