Stage One Civil Works Continue & Builder Appointed

Works are on the provision of services, drainage, curbing and roadways in stage one of the village are progressing well and nearing completion. After an extensive and thorough tender, due diligence and selection process, Country Club Living have selected and appointed the AHB Group to construct homes in stage one. As a building group, AHB are one of Australia’s highest volume builders, encompassing such well known building brands as Sherridon Homes, Brilley Spaces For Life, Royston Homes, Soho Living, Evo Homes and several others.
Head of Projects at Country Club Living, Anthony Singleton, says AHB not only produced a very competitive tender proposal, but have a strong reputation when it comes to quality and a reliability in delivering homes on a timely basis. This is largely due to their size and long-term experience in the building sector. Their commencement on site is imminent.
