Homes at Bendigo Fields are fully detached, single level homes, built on a structural concrete slab, making them permanent structure homes, not transportable style.
This is a structure consistent with villages covered under the Retirement Villages Act. As a purchaser at Bendigo Fields, you will receive the benefit and protections of contracts prepared in accordance with this legislation.
We are currently selling the first release, consisting of 13 villas. There are six designs featuring two and three bedroom homes, with either double garage or 1.5 size garage.
